It is a summer house (apartment), built (2004) and located in the village of Sarti in Halkidiki, 50 meters from the beach, one of the most famous beaches all over Greece. Its a quiet neighborhood. It is about 60 m2, on the first floor. with garden, BBQ and seaside view. The village haw many shopw, restaurants, beach bars, watersports.You can drive to many other beaches in a distance of 30 km almost as beautiful as ours. You can visit tourist atractions as legendary Mont Athos, Casino Porto Carras, the tomp of phillip II in Vergina the town of Thessaloniki ...

Beautyful location for relaxing beach holiday

Beautyful, well equipped and confortable apartment steps from a giant white sandy beach. All amenities, really big terrace with view of the ocean, 5 steps to the bakery & a small supermarket. Peferct starting point to explore the Sithonia penisula and it's really beautyful pristin beaches ! Lovely hosts giving you a warm welcome and helping you with everything ! A truly unique first home exchange experience - thank you !
