Exchange Zones

The house is in Athens, in the foothills of mount Imitos, in a suburb called Papagos, on the north part of the city, in a very nice neighborhood. It is approx. 200sqm. divided in three stories. The first floor is one intact space (living- dining room and kitchen), and a small WC, as well as a nice veranda. (In summer we often eat dinner at the veranda.) On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms (one is small, two have their own private veranda) and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite in our bedroom, and the other our children share). On the 3rd floor there are two more rooms and a small WC. One is a bedroom (with a hide-a-bed couch) and the other is a big room that hosts our books, a ping-pong table and another hide-a-bed couch. The third floor has also a big veranda with a nice view of the city of Athens (especially in the evening).
