The river "Issar" with natural park is 5 mins walking distance from the apartment. Well bus/ subway connections take you to "Odeonsplatz" (city) in 10 minutes.
The flat has a fully fitted kitchen open to the living room with balcony, bedroom with large windows, light bathroom with a bath, walk-in closet/storage room and entry hall. One parking slot is located in the garage.
Whole apartment has a parquet and tiled floor in the bathroom, blinds, dishwasher, wash machine (in in basement), TV, and audio entry phone. Residence has a lift, camera surveillance system in the complex and lovely children's playground in the front.
