Perfect for a couple or small family, our flat is quiet, bright, and perfectly located in the coolest neighborhood in Berlin. Close to great cafés, restaurants, bars, movie theaters, and shops. We're a block away from the U7 (metro) line, and only 40 minutes from both airports. 15-minute walk from a wonderful food and fabric market (Tuesdays, Fridays, and weekends) and 20 minutes from two of Berlin's best parks (Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide).

Apartment has three bedrooms, but two of the rooms are set up as offices. One has a couch that converts to a comfy double bed, and the other also has enough space for a single bed. We have a lovely balcony full of plants, and a big bathroom. Though there's some hustle and bustle outside the front door, our flat is in the backhouse so it's almost always silent. Very calm and cozy, a great home base from which to explore Berlin.

We have wifi, a fixed-line phone, as well as a projector for watching movies. Our kitchen is brand new (not even a year old) and has all modern conveniences.
