A nice, cozy 60 sq m apartment in Berlin Neukölln. It is on the first floor of an old building. The apartment and the facade have been newly renovated. The bedroom has a small double bed and the living room is furnished with a big, comfortable sofa. In the summer the apartment is pretty sunny, especially the living room. You can reach the underground in less than 5 minutes. Alexanderplatz is only 6 stations away. Neukölln is a multicultural district which has changed considerably over the last few years, becoming more and more trendy. Many artists have moved in this area and you can see small studios or ateliers just walking down the streets. Many pubs and clubs where you can meet locals and tourists are just round the corner. I've been living here for six years now and I love it!
