Berlin, funky Neukölln: Mine is a 67sqm 2-room appartment with 1 large bedroom, kitchen, bathroom (with tub) and a nice balcony, quiet but sunny; the second room can be used as well, but is only scarcely furnished with a sofa. WiFi and washing machine are there, but no dishwasher, fixed phone or TV. The style is more student and arty (typically Berlin) than posh :-)
