Children are welcome. Please plan on only smoking outside on the balcony. We have three adult bikes that we are happy to share with you, one has a child seat attached. We also have one childs bike. Berlin is a very biker friendly city.

We love the idea of trading houses as it meets the needs of our family the best. We will be most respectful of your space and expect you will do the same. Last summer we did two house swaps and both worked out really well for both parties. This summer we are going to visit family in the US so our Berlin apartment will be available from July 4th through Aug. 18. So we are looking for one or two non-simultaneous swaps...our place over the summer and your place between October 2-13 2013, February 1-9 2014, or April 11-25 2014. We are looking to swap in Greece, Italy, Africa, or in the Alps for February.
