1947 Basque style house, large garden (park?) with cedar and Linden, and beautiful view nort and east (house sits on top of hill) nice swimming pool with wooden deck (pretty enjoyable in summer!).
Ground floor: furnished/equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room with fireplace. First Floor: 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, family room with very nice view over town and country. We are in city of Toulouse, 25 minutes walking from downtown center (also bus connections), but there is a definite countryside feeling in the house. Toulouse is full of beautiful old churches & mansions, great restaurant, and surrounded by lovely countryside, 1h30min from Pyrénées mountains, 2h from Méditerranée sea. |
