Exchange Zones

Our home (1500 square feet) is in Talence, a border town of Bordeaux. We have a direct access to the center of House in a quiet neighborhood. 5 mn walk to the tram which goes to Bordeaux downtown. A 2003 Ford Focus Clipper, seating 5 passengers to exchange. 4 bikes (2adults, 2kids). 40 mn drive to the ocean. Lots of toys, DVDs, CDs. On the first floor, you'll find a kitchen with many domestic appliances (but sorry, no dishwasher !), a living room with a dining area, a bedroom/office with a single bed and a bathroom. On the second floor, we have two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a single bed), a second bathroom and an extra single bed. We also have a separate studio at the far end of the garden with another bathroom and a bed where two persons can sleep comfortably. A computer is available with a fast unlimited internet access (and WiFi)
We are a family of four who shares a passion for music and hiking in the west of the USA. Luc (Physics teacher at the University) and Celine (classical musician who plays piano and harpsichord) are in their forties. We have two well-behaved boys (13 and 10).
Our interests : music, reading, movies, hiking, biking, ecology......
