An 18th century bastide situated in a hamlet on the outskirt of Sollies Pont.
The house has been brought up to date but retains its charm and old fixtures.
The kitchen is modern with a granite top and it has all accessories to cook including dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric cooker.. There is a large utility room with washing machine and drier although we tend to hang our washing on line outside which dries in no time and is more eco friendly.
There is a large living room plus a hall with a television and computer. There is wifi. There is a separate dining room which seats 12.

There are 2 full battrooms with bath plus separate shower, double wash basins and WC. The others have shower, wash basin and WC except for one which has only a shower and wash basin as there is a separate WC on the landing.

Sollies Pont is situated 15 km from both Toulon and Hyeres, Beaches are 20' drive away. The house is well situated to visit Marseille,
Aix en Provence, Avignon, St Tropez, Cannes, Nice and Monte Carlo to mention a few places.
We are a retired couple and we would like to exchange house for the Silicon Valley South Bay of San Francisco near Redwood City where our daughter has just moved to. We are open to any time except July and August and Xmas 2013.
