Dear members, our house is located in Upper Normandy, about 160 km north-west of Paris. The living area is about 125 m², and the house is quite new (built in 2003). Very calm location, in the metropolitan area of the city of Yvetot. All you need is here to have cool holidays : living room, open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (possibility of 5), outside of 700m², 2 bathrooms etc.

Beautiful, very well-kept house, kind hosts

We stayed at Etienne and Mylene's lovely home August 2014. They are very welcoming hosts and had masses of information about the local area. Their house was very clean and tidy and had everything we could have wanted including games for our children. Etienne and Mylene very kindly invited us to have dinner with them on our first night which was a really nice way of getting to know them as hosts. We found some lovely nearby walks just south of Yvetot and there was plenty to do despite the weather not being perfect! Rouen is very close and makes a very interesting day trip. It would be possible even to visit Paris from here by train.
