THE FLAT

Charming flat centrally located in one of Paris's finest districts. The flat is massive (105m²) with a large warm (40m²) living room which includes two comfortable and inviting large leather couches which are great for lounging and entertaining. The apartment also is equipped with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room and a very nice bathroom (with one shower and one bathtub) as well as a separate toilet.

The flat is very clean, with an abundance of natural light and air in addition to being incredible spacious.

It is shared with my great roommate..

DISTRICT

The flat as mentioned is located in central Paris, Le Marais District, which is one of the oldest and most beautiful Parisian districts. The 3rd district (or 3ème arrondissement in French) is famous for being home to some of the finest boutique shopping and art galleries within the city as well as an abundance of quaint and delicious restaurants, markets and bistros. In-addition this district offers a diverse range of entertainment and nightlife including numerous bars and clubs.

Being centrally located is also extremely advantageous given the proximity to a wide range of Paris's most famous historical monuments, museums and most beautiful districts. A quick 10 minutes' walk will take you to Notre-Dame Cathedral, Centre Pompidou, Hôtel de Ville, the river Seine, Saint-Michel Square & Fountain...etc etc.

The area is safe and located directly next the metro station: Arts et Métiers (lines 3 and 11), you can quickly gain access to any district using the metro. The flat is also located 5 minutes' walk from Republique: Line 5 (the orange line) which is the main metro line coming from: Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) as well as Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est (both major train stations).


THE ROOM

The apartment is clean and ready to use: bathroom, kitchen, internet access... Your bedroom is totally separated from the rest of the apartment. You have your very own private space and a window looking out onto a typical Parisian street.
