Adorable Villa perched on the hills overlooking NICE and the Mediterranean with charming garden and swimming pool in the residence. Two bedrooms on the first floor, with an additional studio next to a comfortable sized living room. A parking space is available next to the villa. Quiet, relaxed atmosphere, yet quickly (5 minutes by car) into the center of Nice and sea coast/beaches. Many wonderful areas nearby to visit - Cannes, Monaco, Antibes, St Paul de Vence etc. The mountain villages/areas which are nearby are also spectacular to visit. Italy is also 30 minutes away by car or train. A car exchange could be a consideration as well.
House beautifully maintained, and would expect the same in exchange.
