Our HOUSE
Ours is a large house with 4 bedrooms (with 4 double bed sand another 3 single beds in the loft) , bathroom, shower room, study, mezzanine, living room, 3 balconies and a fireplace.
It is fully equipped with modern appliances: washer, drier, dishwasher, Internet, cable TV.
There is also a veranda with a barbecue and a big park and garden with all kinds of flowers and trees.

The NEIGHBOURHOOD:
It is located in France, in a rural, beautifully unspoilt area which has preserved authenticity. We live 1 mile from a village with all the facilities, five miles from the main town (Tulle) and 40’drive to the Dordogne River, Limoges is another 40’ minutes drive.
Plenty of activities possible:
Horse riding (1/2 a mile), fishing, swimming (village swimming pool and lakes), aqua centre (5m), biking, hiking, mushroom picking, sight seeing with river dams, and lovely villages.
There are also many good restaurants. (A list can be provided on request)
Nearby,1/2 mile away, there is an extremely promising archaeological site with Celtic and Roman remains with digs during the summer months.
