The flat is a 2 bedrooms flat, with a living room and an open kitchen. All the flat is oriented South, so it's very bright. The Master bedroom has two big windows and the second bedroom has been transformed into a workshop/atelier, so there is no possibility of sleeping in it. But the couch in the living room is a high quality convertible, turning very easily into a real bed.
The bathroom is equiped with a bathtube and toilets are in a separate room.
The flat is equiped with Air Con in summer turning into heater in winter.
There is a washmachine, a dishwasher, kitchen equipment, freezer, Wifi internet connection, TV set, DVD player.
The flat is on the 4th floor with no habitation above and it's very calm. Nevertheless the building is not equiped with an elevator.
The building is downtown Marseille. All shops and many restaurants can be found at 5 minutes walk or less. Train station is at 10 min walk. The old Port is at 20 min walk. You are at less than 5 minutes walk from buses, tramway, metro station "Les réformés". You can also borrow bikes from citybikes station "Le vélo"
