Newly renovated Studio cottage for two people set in Olive and Orange grove with private terrace and off site parking. The cottage is 5 mins on foot from the delightful village of Le Bar sur Loup which 30 minutes from the beautiful Côte d'Azur. It is a very peaceful location; ideal for visiting, Antibes, Cannes, Nice or the Perfumeries in Grasse. The Côte d'Azur is a magic place to visit - see the Cap D'Antibes where F Scott Fitzgerald wrote The Great Gatsby, check out the stars during the Cannes Film festival in May or chill out during the summber months with the Nice or Juan Les Pins Jazz festivals. Whether you are a beach person (30 mins drive) or a mountain person, there is something for everyone in our region!

The cottage has an open space living area with sofa bed, an american style open plan kitchen diner and a shower room with toilet. Outside there is a terrace with a covered vine (perfect for picking your own grapes in season!) with a barbecue and eating area and a sunbed lounging area. It is located in the grounds of our new home but is totally separate.


Due to the layout of the grounds, it is not suitable for people with mobility problems. Kids are welcome as we have an enclosed terrace.
