Exchange Zones

Our house: an old farm transformed in the 30s into summer camp then neglected since 1974 ! We restore it since a few years, but there are still some works to be made!
For the exchange, we propose : a large kitchen, a covered terrace, two lounges (one with a fireplace and the other with a piano), 1 storeroom, and a place for bikes. On the 1st floor: 1 bathroom shower+bath ), three rooms with three double beds ( 2 beds in mezzanine), TOILETS. In the 2eme stage: 2 rooms (1 with a double bed and one with a simple one), TOILETS + 1 open room which can serve as additional chamber(1 bed 1 pers)
Just next to the kitchen, we installed a mini bathroom -laundry which serves us as shower
" of return of beach ".
Our garden (on 1700 m2) is raised, with portico + 1 little Above-ground swimming pool (5 m of diametre).
There is also a kitchen garden (in which you can obviously take vegetables).
We have animals to be kept : cats(3 ), guinea pigs ( 2 ), fishes of aquarium and 2 hens (who will give you eggs! No particular maintenance : you juste have to open and close daily the henhouse's door).
Our region:
Jullouville is a small sea resort of the end of the 19eme century, placed along a big sandy beach in the South (12 km) of Granville. (20
000 Inhabitants), In the entrance of the Mt St Michel's bay, in front of its Breton counterpart: Cancale. (Cf: site of Granville's tourist information office)
Our house is situated on the rear of Jullouville, in a hamlet ( Groussey) on the tray of a small cliff ( 2 km to join the beach-) A small walk takes us of the house up to the edge of the cliff where we have a panoramic view on the beach.
We are in a tourist region and in summer, the fact of being a little set back from the seaside is sometimes very pleasant!
Activities: you will have at your disposal all that offers generally a tourist resort: swimming pool, museums, exhibition, swimming pools, zoos, aquariums, strolls; hiking trails
( In particular a very beautiful path in Carolles - every close relation - on the top of a cliff with a view of all the Mt St Michel's bay), riding schools etc.
You can also practise all the activities of the seaside: go fishing, sail(center of water sport in and in Jullouville in summer) and of course, bathing.
Very close to the house the Norman traditional bocage is still protected if you like having a walk in the hollow roads we can indicate you several walks.
To visit: Mt St Michel, obviously but also: Granville and its small strengthened citadel, the abbey of La Lucerne, the cathedral of Coutances and other local heritages, but also CANCALE, St MALO, DINARD, RENNES (each 1 hour road approximately ) ( PARIS : 3 hours).
Les Iles Chausey ( A paradise -without car- of sand, granite, genets and gorses which we can discover on foot in the day - rent of sea kayaks is possible in summer
