°°°°°°Currently we are looking for an apartment in Moscow for 4-5 persons from 12th till 18th of august 2013. Not simultaneous exchange can be easily arranged. °°°°°°°
We propose to you our modern and cosy apartment on the 1st floor of the building dating from 2009. It is located in the western part of Cannes, 5 min walk to a clean sandy beach, close to all amenities - walking distance to Marché Provencal, restaurants, all kind of shops and services. There are 2 bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a livingroom, 1 bathroom, WC and a large terrace of 30 sq m. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 4 ring hob, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine and tumble dryer all in one. The kitchen leads to the large terrace (30 sq m), a great place to have meals outside . The living room has a large flat screen TV with a few international news channels. The bathroom is with bath/shower and heated towel rail. The toilet is separated. There are 2 bedrooms with balcony doors which take you on the terrace. 1st bedroom: 140 x 190 bed. 2nd bedroom: a sofa bed 140 x 190. The sofa in the living room can be also transformed in a large bed and accommodate 2 persons more. The apartment has a reversible air-conditioning unit and electric shutters to the windows. It is also equipped with wifi internet.
There is a free parking 50 meters from the building, but you won't need a car as there are a lot of public transport options. You can easily reach the center of Cannes with its famous Croisette, port, palais de festivals, luxury clothing boutiques, a huge range of restaurants and bars: in 10 minutes by train (3 min walk to train station + 6 min by train) or in 15 minutes by direct bus, the bus station is 100 meters from our house. From May to September there is a night bus service, so you can easily reach home late without taking a taxi . You can also visit the whole French Riviera without wasting your time in traffic jams - just take a coastal train ride to Antibes, Nice, Villefranche, Eze, Monte-Carlo, etc. It is really very convenient to use public transport from our location, so we rarely take our car.
We are a French – Russian couple ( 30 and 37 years old). My husband works in aviation and me in finance. We travel a lot and are very excited to make new friends and have the first experience of exchanging homes!
We have another apartment in Cannes, so non simultaneous exchange can be arranged!
