In the middle of town of Jyväskylä, yet quiet situation. Next to park 'Harju', in the same block with marketplace where yuo can enjoy morning coffee and buy fresh vegetables, bread etc, and next block from 'walking street' with all the shops and restaurants. House built Nov. 2009. Lovely balcony, in the summer the sun is shining from the morning until around 4 pm. Busses and trainstation 50-200 meters. The best situation you can imagine. Sauna, shower, 2 bedrooms, fully equiped kitchen. Feel free to see:

Single person, 3 small shortcoates dogs - very easy going, I have astma myself so could not keep anything that would cause troubles...Bought this flat when it was just brand new and love it, it's the best place in town and yet still very quiet. You can walk anywhere in few minutes! I have one bicyckle but unfortunately no more.
