A nice suburban rowhouse in the lake district of Helsinki Metropolitan area. At the same time, close to the attractions of Helsinki (17km to Helsinki city centre) and the wild Finnish nature (only 20km to the national park of Nuuksio).

The housing area locates on a narrow land area between two lakes. The property of our housing company is situated by the smaller of the lakes, having a small beach of its own. We have a rowboat available as well. Angling with hook and line is everyman's right.

Our apartment consists of two floors. Living room (incl.dining area), fully-equipped kitchen, master bedroom with walk-on closet, separate WC, and a guest room are in the 1st floor. In the basement are situated living room with a fireplace, bedrooms 2&3 (120cm wide beds), bathroom, sauna, separate WC and a pool table.

Access to the backyard's wooden terrace from the kitchen. Hard wood furniture and gas grill for barbecuing.

Conveniently located near to ring roads II and III. Good connections to Helsinki (bus 45 min, bus+train 35-45 min).
