Hi!
My name is María Augusta Teale, I have a house in Tumbaco, only 15 minutes from Quito and 45 minutes from the high lands. It has five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, one sitting room; TV room; library; a large kitchen and a very nice garden with avocado trees and citric trees. I also have a property in Mindo, with a small cabin; one large bedroom, sleeps six; bathroom; kitchen-dining room; and sitting room. It has 15000 meters of garden, next to the river, extremely peaceful; ideal for berth watching. I enclosed pictures of both properties.
