The penthouse is situated on the top of the newer Montecristo building at Teresa Cepeda and Av. Republica. The building is close to Av. 10 de Agosto, the major thoroughfare in Quito where the city's Trole Bus system takes you to the most important places in the capital. If you have your own car you have the use of an indoor parking spot (if needed a second one can be obtained) and a storage room is also located there in the basement. Parque Carolina, the main outdoor park with many recreational uses, is only two blocks away. It is also close to two major shopping malls and to Plaza America, a major entertainment complex with cafes, restaurants and cinemas. From the large terrace you have unobstructed views to the city and the surrounding Andes range. Especially on clear days you are awarded with great sights of the snow covered volcanoes.
