Exchange Zones

We are willing to swap our big and beautiful house in the quaint and historic town of Svendborg when ever the time is right for us :-)

Svendborg can be reached by train from Copenhagen Airport in two and a half hours or by car in less than two hours.
Our house is a three minute walk from the sea and there are great opportunities for sailing, hiking, horse back riding, swimming etc.
Svendborg is a historic town with a harbor, city centre with many small shops and stores, fresh produce market on wednesdays and saturdays and much more.

The bigger city, Odense, which offers everything from Europe's biggest IKEA to shopping centre and museums, is 35 minutes from our house by local train or car.

We have nine rooms: Two living rooms, six bedrooms, a big studio, a big and spacious kitchen/dining area and much more.
The house is 300 m2 (about 3300 square feet) and 800m2 (about 9000 sf) private garden with swings, walnut tree, roses, sand box etc. It was built in 1910 and renovated a few years ago.

Everything is beautiful and light, handpicked and functional.

My brother is in a wheel chair so the house is absolutely handicap friendly on the 1st floor (with 240m2)
