We offer a very cosy 2 rooms flat located in a few floors house with a beautiful garden.
Just 15 minutes walk from the centre, 15 minutes from romantic Vysehrad hill, the tram stop is a 4 minutes walk, 5 minutes to the closest park, 15 minutes from vltava river, where you can rent a boat or relax on a nice beach "Smichovska plaz". About 20 minutes from the best public swimming pool in Prague.
Shops, supermarkets (Billa-5 mins), restaurants, climatic tea rooms, vegetarian Indian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, Irish pub.
It is possible to park a car just in front of the house but there is absolutely no necessity to use a car here - public transportation gives a lot of possibilities how to get out and back even during the whole night.

There is a mattress in the bedroom, a cauch in the living room and a very comfortable air bed is available.The kitchen is modestly equipped for usual cooking (electric cooker with oven, fridge, ). In the bathroom there is an automatic washing machine and you can use a balcony on the intermediate floor, garden or a drier in the flat to dry your laundry.
In the garden you may use a barbecue and a romantic arbor.
