The building is right next to a McDonald's restaurant and a 5 minute walk from a Chinese restaurant. Pharmacy, drug store, farmer's market, cafes, supermarkets nearby (all 3 minutes away). A small market and a bakery in the very building.
2 minutes away from the bus station, 5 minutes away from the tram station. Less than 10 min (by bus)/ 25 min (walk)/ 15 min (tram) away from Central Train Station and the very heart of the city including museums, galleries, restaurants and all other tourist attractions. Only a 15 minute walk to the Sava river, and a 25 minute walk to Bundek lake, both of which offer an ideal place for cycling, hiking, outdoor activities and walking your pets.
