HOLIDAY APARTMENT WITH GARDEN IN POREC - CROATIA: can accommodate 4 persons (+ 1 person sleeping in the living room's sofa bed).There are 2 bedrooms with matrimonial beds, from the bedrooms you exit to a large terrace overlooking the garden/sea; bathroom with shower, living room with SAT-TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with balcony overlooking the front garden and private parking space.Our guests are welcome to use the parking space, and the garden with relax area, barbecue and children swing. There is a direct access from our garden to the children playground, and a basket/football field.In the vicinity there are two neighborhood alimentary shops, a bakery, private doctor, private dentist, and two excellent restaurants offering seafood specialties and local cuisine. The sea is less than 1 km away, and it easily reachable on foot (15 min' walk), or by car (3-5 min' drive). The beaches are of different types and can suit to all needs & preferences.
