Beatiful apartment 96m2, in 5th floor with elevator, laundry room, kitchen, TV room, living room and balcony. The main room has private bathroom and queen bed. The secondary room has single bed, there is a sleeping couch in the TV room that can accomodate 1 more if needed. Very secure with gated entrance to condo. The condo has beautiful landscape and gardens, tennis court, pool, 12 bbq huts that accomodate 10 people each, 1 hall for special events that accomodates 30 people. A mini lake with a fountain where you can fish tilapia. Air conditioning is seldomly needed in Costa Rica.
