Single mom, I take my kids here to vacation during the summer. which is why I built the bunk bed above, so that 2 can sleep below and one above. When you are in Costa Rica, homes are not HUGE because most people spend their time outside or even sleeping outside due to the really mild climate. it does rain alot during some months though. which is why there is a covering over the deck area. I am open to renting it out for vacation use as well. NON SMOKERS only though due to the fact that my daughter has asthma. I have more pics to view when you contact me. The main strip downtown is minutes away. Great neighbors, free internet use in town a market, there are no laundermats, people use launder services. There is a small market at end of street , very conveinent. There are NO street addresses in Costa Rica. People use landmark and directions.
