Beautiful Custom Villa with pool above Dominical Beach!

Located 1000 feet above the Pacific Ocean and the prominent surfing community of Dominical this is a luxurious private Mediterranean style gated villa. Cool Pacific breezes blow all day long! The bedrooms are air conditioned although you will never need it.

The unique open air architectural design puts the first floor living area on the second floor with incredible ocean and valley mountain views! Large covered decks are on both floors to relax and enjoy the views and the wildlife all around you.

The water in the community has the only treated water in the coastal area, so you can drink water from the tap with no worries. This home boasts more amenities than most in Costa Rica. Sit on the spacious deck and watch the wildlife, feel the cool breeze, listen to the ocean, and relax!

The villa sleeps six with two suites and one queen-size sofa bed upstairs.

The bedroom suites consist of a King-size bed with top of the line temper touch pillow top mattresses, Air conditioning, 30 inch super tube TV, with Direct TV with movie and sports packages, Large closets with Avanti stainless personal refrigerators inside, Top of the line silent Hunter Ceiling fans, with hardwood ceilings and indirect lighting with dimmers, Large covered outside deck with a Schwinn Areodyne exercise bike, Bathrooms have glass enclosed "American Standard" "Bellini" model corner Jacuzzi and a waterfall shower.

Bathrooms boast all "American Standard" appliances and custom Spanish tile.

Second floor living area includes Large kitchen, with top of the line General Electric stainless steel; double door stainless refrigerator with chilled double filtered drinking water and ice maker, automatic dishwasher, gas stove top, and electric oven inside the center island. Also, a Kitchen Aid microwave and coffee maker. Center island with seating for four and outside breakfast table on the covered deck. Custom hand made glass and hard wood dining table that seat six.

The living room has flat screen 36 inch TV with DVD surround sound home entertainment center, Direct TV Package, and large couch, reclining chair and coffee table.

Outside covered deck has beautiful handmade furniture to relax and enjoy!

Pool and Patio area features a Custom kidney shape splash pool with large tiled patio area (very private).
Teak adjustable lounge chairs for sunbathing and a unique Guancaste tree table/chairs with umbrella, Large outdoor shower surrounded by blue glass block with large bench inside to make it double as a changing room.

Because of the close proximity to Hacienda Baru National Wildlife Refuge (1000 acres), all the wildlife Costa Rica has to offer comes right by the house. This includes monkeys, sloths, coatis, white tail deer, parrots, toucans, and hundreds of other species of birds.

The villa is very private with beautiful manicured gardens, three-car garage, ten minutes to the beach, and excellent two-wheel drive roads to the house. The house features Spanish tile and hand crafted custom hardwood, windows, doors, furniture, cabinetry and ceilings throughout.

Located in a safe secure affluent estate community of Lagunas Hills this is an affordable way to vacation in Costa Rica in style! We currently have a 15 year old cat that we can board.
