Luxury 30th Floor Apt in Heart of Shanghai

2 bedroom + office luxury apartment on 30th floor in heart of Shanghai - 200 square meters, large master bedroom and bath (with Tempur pedic king-size bed), two baths, full eat-in kitchen with breakfast nook, enclosed balcony, floor to ceiling windows in most rooms.
Located at the south end of the French Concession, our apartment is a 5-min walk from Tianzifang (the SoHo of Shanghai) featuring awesome shopping, restaurants and bars. The subway is a block away, and the famous Pullman Skyway Hotel is next door to us.
We have an English-speaking maid who comes 5 days/week (except during Chinese National holidays) who can do your laundry, make your bed, wash your dishes, etc.

Amazing Shanghai skyline views, easy access to all Shanghai attractions, great location. We are happy to help you with where to go/what to do around here, too (i.e. awesome mani/pedi salon across the street - both for US$15 total!)
We are looking to travel in/around Asia and also to Europe, Australia, S. America... really we're open to anywhere if we can make it work with schedules.
For Asia: Anytime - long weekends are ideal
For Anywhere else: Ideally we're looking around Sept 28- Oct 5, 2012 and Feb 1-8. Our place could also be available to you over Christmas/New Year holiday, as we'll be in the USA.
