5th floor at a 11 floors building, it is located in a well-developed area surrouded with coffee shops, dining places and it is close to the Metro Line 1. Easy to go out and the community is beautiful and well-managed by top 1 service company in China. It is a modern community.
Rooms are all fully furnished with cable TV, Internet, DVD, hot water, pure water pipe, A/C and heating devices.
Gym with tennis courts, basketball playground, jogging trail, swimming pool is in 2 minutes walking distance.
It is my primary living place for exchanging only.
My mini-van (max. 7) is available for exchange too.
