Our appartment is located in a very good neighborhood in the center of China's Capital : Beijing.
The flat is situated in a very secured residence (the Diplomatic Residency).
Our living room is large and cosy. The flat has three balconies, three rooms (only two bedrooms), one spacious kitchen and two bathrooms.

The residence is perfect for children as it has a big playground and large green areas.

The neighborhood where we live is the neighborhood of the embassies so it is very secure. It is located in the center of the city (4,5 km from the very famous Tian An Men Place), and pretty close from all the best restaurants, bars, nightclubs and of course some of the biggest and cheapest shopping centers in the city.

We will be joining our daughter in Sao Paulo on the 12th of December, and we will only go back to Beijing on the 2nd of January. So during that whole period, our appartment in Beijing will be available !
What we wish to find, is an appartment in Rio de Janeiro more or less between the 25th of December to the 1st of January, just for a few days !

We are a French Family, and we have been living in China for more than twenty years now.
I am a journalist here in China and my wife also works with me in my company.
Both our children left the family house. Our son is studying in Paris at the moment, and our daughter is doing her university exchange in Sao Paulo - Brasil.
We love to travel and have decided to spend the December holidays in Brasil, with the four of us. We will travel around the country for three weeks and we wish to spend a few days in Rio de Janeiro.
We can communicate in English, or in French, but also in Spanish or in Italian or even in German as I used to be a German teach in the beginning of my carreer !
