Exchange Zones

We live in a two story ~150 m2 (~1670 sq ft) house in a 750 m2 (5000 sq ft) terrain on Avenida Alemania in Valparaiso. It is in a hill ~30 meters away from the street and ~7 meters above street level. All rooms have a beautiful view of the Valparaiso bay or the city. It is exposed towards NE getting lots of sun in winter, which we enjoy a lot. It is a 40 years old clean lines house with wood floors, lots of windows and decks. It has a large kitchen. A >100 years old piano (dificult to tune), It has a nice garden with many fruit trees as, plums, peaches, oranges, lemon, quince, almond and an avocado tree (which unfortunately has not given fruit lately). There is a underground garage.
A good view of the Andes, specially mount Aconcagua that is 23000 ft high and is in Argentina.

No smoking indoors

The neighborhood is 10 min walking distance from the center of the city. It is quiet for Valparaiso standards. Ave. Alemania provides an scenic route for runners and there is good public transportation.
