The house is located within 10 minute walking distance from Ambleside beach and the waterfront. Close to transit which will whisk you to downtown Vancouver - a 15 minute bus ride during non rush hour periods. Close to lots of hiking trails including Grouse Mountain - a 15 min car ride away. A 1.5 hr car ride away from Whistler. The main part of the house has a master bedroom w/ ensuite and a guest bedroom w/ a twin bed. There is also a guest bathroom on this floor. There is a self contained suite in the house which is were I will reside during your visit. No pets. Large back deck with table/chairs and gas bbq available for your use.
