Our home is located on 3/4 of an acre and is on a small fishing lake. Bass, perch and rainbow trout. We have a canoe, a dock and a fire pit at the edge of the property. Huge deck and beautiful double bbq. Fresh okanagan fruit grows throughout our yard in season.

Master bedroom king size bed with full ensuite.
Adorable Loft bedroom with mini fridge, sink and a queen sized bed.
Another room with a double bed and another with a single.
Large living room with a 52 inch tv, dvd player, Wii with tons of games, very comfortable leather furniture, doors open to patio and covered bbq area.

If needed we also have a basement with a second kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, stove and double sinks. A fourth bathroom also includes shower.

Our home would be perfect for a large family or multiple families. There is something to do for everyone.
5 min drive from Okanagan lake. Right in the heart of many famous wineries including Mission hill. Plenty of trails and forest, and Shannon Lake golf course within walking distance. Lots to do for all ages. Pets welcome...smoking outside only.
