Amenities include 3 bedrooms in main cottage + small 1 room bunkie. 200ft lakefront with dock, beach area and nice rock for jumping into lake. Ideal summer exchange. Kayaks, paddleboat and canoe are for use. 15 minute drive to West Guilford for groceries. 20 minute drive to Haliburton for all other amenities including cinema, hospital, restaurants etc..
