HOPING TO EXCHANGE CAR AS WELL!
Our home is about 2600 sq. feet, 1300 upstairs. Our basement area has a bedroom, a laundry room, and a rented bachelor suite which is unavailable. We Love our home for many reasons. We are outside Victoria by about 20 km in an area of Victoria called the Western Communities. Our area is called Colwood. Our home is on a short, quiet cul-de-sac of 9 houses (wonderful neighbours). We have a large backyard with a pool and a trampoline. The pool is closed down mid September as it becomes too difficult to heat. Our living space is an open concept of kitchen, dining room, living room, TV room, and grandkids playroom. The TV room has an electric fireplace and the living room has a wood fireplace. The pool deck is very large plus there is a gazebo off the back door with chairs and a fire pit. We are a 5 minute drive to a beautiful beach and a short 20 minute drive to the sights and attractions in Victoria. It's a 30 minute leisurely drive to world famous Butchart Gardens. Our home has wireless wifi, cable, Netflix, free phone calls to anywhere in Canada and the US. Staples are provided (dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, condiments). Appliances include flat top stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with door ice maker, washer, dryer.
