Beautiful character house near Victoria harbour, downtown, parliament, on Vancouver Island. Amazing location near parks, grocery, liquor store, cafés, etc. Being a waterfront city with lots of outdoor activities nearby, Victoria has a lot to offer! On the first level of the house, it's a fully open concept with living room, fireplace, kitchen, and desk space. On the upper level, there is a master bedroom with Queen bed and small washroom. There is an extra bedroom for children or other couple (futon-bed).

About Home Exchange Owners :

Friendly and respectful couple with a baby on the way. Are looking to do a house exchange sometimes between summer 2013 and summer 2014. Doesn't have to be at the same time as we have access to a sailboat and a carriage house.
