Our 3,000 sq. ft home is surrounded by an attractive large garden situated in an upscale residential area. Our suburb is located 15 minutes to Victoria's downtown, 20 minutes to airport & 30 minutes to BC Ferries terminal. There are numerous walking trails and a shopping centre within a 15-20 minute walk & 10 minute drive to a beach, 5 minute drive to indoor swimming pool & gym.
Lliving room & family room with comfortable leather couches, TV, cable, PVR & DVD. Three telephones available with free local calls & phone cards can be used for long distance calls.
Kitchen - fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge, freezers, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
Dining room separate adjacent to kitchen & living room with kitchen dining area as well.
Guest room has Queen bed and 4 pce guest bathroom in hall close by. Master bedroom is very large with King bed and large 4 pce ensuite bathroom.
There is a 3rd bedroom with two double beds & the 4th bedroom is used as an office.
The laundry room is adjacent to attached double garage & downstairs hall with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board & indoor & outdoor drying areas available.
