Welcome to my charming character home in a beautiful area in Vancouver near the University of BC and Jericho Beach. We are a 15 minute walk from the beach and less than a half hour bus ride from the city centre.
Pacific Spirit park nearby offers great trails for walks and there are plenty of mountain trails just outside of the city. I am open to offers and my house is available during July/August. This year I would like to find an exchange to Winnipeg Manitoba, not too far from the legislative buildings.
I am an educator and my partner is a builder. It is also possible that I will travel alone. I have done a number of exchanges in the past 10 years although not on this site. Non-simultaneous exchange may work.
