Exchange Zones

We live in the fantastic Commercial Drive area which is just a 15 min. drive to downtown. Public transit is only 2 blocks from my front door but I'm also open to discussing usage of the car. "The Drive" is home to the most eclectic mix of businesses in the city, most of which are single location, owner-operated. It repeatedly receives the Georgia Straight's (local newspaper) Reader's Choice award as the best neighbourhood in the City and it’s also been ranked one of the 10 hippest neighbourhoods in North America by Utne Reader. Besides the great shops there's an excellent kid's park just a few blocks away.
Our home is split over two levels with sleeping up and living down. There are two bedrooms with a queen in the master and double bed and a crib in the other. There's also a great rooftop deck that can be enjoyed during the summer months. The kitchen is great to work in and the dining room table comfortably seats 6. I'd be happy to give you a tour over Skype so you can get a feel for the place.
Fantastic hiking and biking trails are all around and Whistler is a ~2 hour drive. There's one bicycle which you would also be welcome to use.
If you would like to spend your spring in a completely different environment we would kindly ask you to look into swapping your home with us during the month of March (we have the flexibility to swap earlier but not much later).
