We are looking to swap our 1100 sq.ft., sunny, top floor apartment from mid to the end of December 2011.
Our apartment has one large bedroom, separate dining room, small den or office, living room and balcony.The dining room can be arranged to be the second bedroom if desired. There is room to accommodate a dining area in the large living room instead. Coin operated washer and dryer are in the basement. The apartment is well heated . This is a non smoking and no pets quiet, well managed and small heritage 1930 Building. Tennis courts are a block away. The apartment is located within a block from Lost Lagoon and 2 blocks from the lively Denman Street with shops and restaurants in West End Vancouver which is a neighbourhood adjacent to Downtown Vancouver. Walk to the winter festival Bright Nights (Christmas Train & Farmyard) in Stanley Park.
