When you walk in, you feel warm and at home! It's a place of comfort and appeal with the warm yellow walls and dark brown floors.

KITCHEN.

Overlooking the Dining area, the fully equipped kitchen includes - stainless steel appliances, eye-level microwave, refrigerator / freezer, toaster, all cook ware, crockery, cutlery, glasses and the all-important Dishwasher - everything you require to prepare a meal with no need to do the washing up afterwards !

MAIN BEDROOM.

This room is small, but has a Queen size bed with a wooden headboard, matching side tables and a desktop computer, (WITH WIRELESS HIGH SPEED INTERNET) reading lamps and a clock / radio.


LAUNDRY AREA.

Accessible on the first floor of the building, the washer and dryer are $1.25 per load

Conveniently located on Pendrell Street, just 2 mins from Davie Street in the picturesque sub-division of Downtown.
