Located in the Beaches area in Toronto. This area is one of the best rated in the city of Toronto. I has lots of cute shops, restaurants and it is close to downtown. It's quiet in the morning, so you can get your rest after enjoying a good night out!
5 mn walk to reach Lake Ontario.
15 min. drive to downtown.
It has a lovely deck/small garden in the back and a small porch at the front.
There is a finished basement with TV room, a nice dining room/lounge, upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a nice bathroom (newly renovated)
