Our family home is located on a large lot in the outskirts of Vancouver. We have an open living area with 3 bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms upstairs and a rec room with another bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. We are very family friendly and have a swing set and play toys in the back yard. We are about 45 minutes from downtown Vancouver and the local ski hills and 3 hours from Whistler. We are a 15 minute drive from beaches and the Canada/US border and 2 hours from Seattle.
