Our home is a comfortable, 3400 square foot (316 sq metre) 2 level house on a quiet street in beautiful South Surrey, BC. The main floor features hardwood floors throughout, a cozy living room with gas fireplace, dining room, open kitchen / sun room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The downstairs level features a large family room, a large children’s bedroom and full bathroom. The family room has a gas fireplace and entertainment for the whole family, including a 44” HD television with electronic game systems, slate pool table, foosball table, and air hockey table.

A small deck with new barbeque looks over a shady back yard. The front yard features a small west facing patio and large paved parking area.

The home comes with a variety of reading materials, games (incl Lego), puzzles and entertainment systems, including a Wii, Xbox, and a Playstation. The east-facing sunroom on the main floor is an inviting place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

About Home Exchange Owners :

Chris and Saskia are a professional couple with two sons aged 11 and 13. We are actively involved with Scouts Canada and love to camp, hike, kayak, and relax at the beach.
We have a one year old Standard Poodle who will be happily visiting her trainer during any exchanges, and a 6 year old cat who will care for herself as long as the food dish is filled occasionally, though our neighbour will gladly step in if you're away.
