Ski in Ski out home at beautiful Sun Peaks Resort near Kamloops BC.

This home has been a rental on and off over the years but is currently lived in by my parents.

In immaculate condition 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom sleeps 4 with 2 bunk beds.

Ski in ski out the front door or if you prefer a short walk or free shuttle to village with nightlife, restaurants, swimming pool, spa, skating, nordic skiing dog sledding,snowshoing, and more.

If you prefer in the summer there is fantastic mountain biking (ski lift to the top of the mountain), golfing, fishing, canoeing, camping, hiking.

We are looking to go on a family vacation on a beach with my parents - 4 adults and 2 well behaved teenagers (aged 15 and 17). Looking for just after Christmas 2011 until some time early in January (may be somewhat flexible).
