Exchange Zones

Our house is a cozy 2 bedroom house with a view of the ocean and mountains from the kitchen and dining room. We have a deck with a barbecue and patio furniture with an umbrella as we get sun all day in the back of the house. We have a wood burning fireplace in the living room as well as a high definiton television with a blu-ray disc plater and a good library of movies. We also have a baby so there is a crib and highchair here and we could leave our stroller (Revolution Bob)here if we exchange with a family who also has a baby. We have a cat that would stay here and would require some care (feeding, some love) but not much as he is pretty self sufficient. I also have plants and a small garden that would require some watering.
