The house is 4200 square feet. It has 4 very large bedrooms, two ensuite bathrooms and two others. It has a newly renovated kitchen and all new appliances. There are living, dining, family, office, and sun rooms. It is situated on a street of 5 other homes within a community of 200 homes. There is complete privacy as each lot is almost 2 acres in size. Ottawa is 4 different season capital city. Each season brings its own unique attributes. The fall and the brilliance of the changing color of leaves, the blossoming and flower festivals of spring, the winter wonderland of skiing and skating and finally the beauty and warmth of summer with major music festivals and sites and attractions of a capital city. Our house is about 12 minutes west of the center of the city.
