Exchange Zones

Our house is located in the city in Rosemont – one of the coolest places in Montreal where there are boutiques, cafes, restaurants, etc. Montreal hosts many music festivals during summer, with lots of free outdoors shows.


Our apartment in a duplex is on 2 floors, for a total of 1,100 square feet. Main floor has the two bedrooms (master + the kids’) with an open space that links the living room to the kitchen. The kids’ room has two bunk beds. Living room is equipped with 40’’ flat screen TV, DVD player and music amplifier – in which you can plug your mobile device. We have Wi-Fi high speed connection.


The basement has two other rooms. A large game room (we can leave toys of your kids have the same age than ours, a bedroom and the wash room with washer and dryer. There are bathrooms with showers on both floor (plus bath on main floor).


We have a lovely garden of decent space for the city (35x15) with tall trees that offer privacy. We often eat outside during summer. Neighbours are very nice and quite. Young kids play in the alleyway. We have a private parking space for your car. We a have a very friendly and calm 14 year-old cat.


There is a commercial street within 2 minute walk with stores, restaurants, cafés, boutiques, drugstore, etc. Bus will take you to the closest subway station in a matter of minutes of you want to explore downtown Montreal, the museums or Old Port. You can also visit Mont-Tremblant or Québec countryside.
